C4EM is a membership-based, incorporated Association that operates under the purpose and rules of its constitution.

The organisation comprises a Board of members, made up of the various categories of membership, and includes both elected and appointed members.

The strategic direction and priorities of the organisation are driven by its members, with the endorsement of the Board. The day-to-day operations of C4EM are overseen by the Chairperson, Deputy Chair and Chief Executive Officer.

Natalie Durrant

Natalie grew up on a rural property in north-east Victoria and, apart from three years at Deakin University in Geelong, has lived regionally her whole life.

Tim Ford

Board Chair

Tim is a Business Improvement Consultant and lives in Echuca. He grew up in England and completed a Master's Degree in Integrated Engineering from Cardiff University.

Oliver Boyd

Board Member

Oliver is a rural property valuer, specializing in the valuation of agricultural property and water rights. He is regarded as one of the foremost experts in his field.

Scott Matthew

Board Member

Scott is currently the National Head of Operations for Visy Cans.

Angela Parker

Board Member

Angela is the General Manager of 2QN and Edge FM, the only local commercial radio stations in the Echuca Moama region, proudly part of the ACE Radio Network. Each week, the stations reach approximately 26,500+ listeners, connecting our community through local radio broadcasting.

Courtney Mitchell

Courtney is employed at Australian Consolidated Milk (ACM) in Commercial Strategy.

Anne Marie Cairns

Board Member

2022 has been Anne Marie’s first year as the Principal of St Joseph’s College, Echuca and she has thoroughly enjoyed joining such a diverse regional community.

Emily Thorpe

Board Member

A true People & Culture generalist, Emily currently sits in the role of People, Culture and Operations Manager with Charles L King & Co, bringing to CLK two decades of Account, People, Recruitment and HR Management experience across a variety of disciplines in Australia and the UK.

Naomi Murray

Board Member

Naomi Murray is the Operations Manager at Rich River Golf Club where she leads operations with a strong focus on community connection, service excellence, and regional growth.

Kylie Wiliams

Board Member

Kylie Williams, CPA, is the Senior Management Accountant at Arahura Farms.

Belinda Gilbert

Board Member

Belinda currently works as General Manager at Byford Equipment in Moama.

George Santos

Board Member

George serves in a strategic marketing and community engagement role with Moama Bowling Club, where his work centres on building strong relationships, supporting local initiatives, and creating meaningful community impact.

Grace Angel

Board Member

Grace is currently on maternity leave. She works as Senior Account Manager at Ace Radio. Grace has a passion for people, business and using her skillset to help grow our local businesses and communities.
