GOOD TO GREAT LEADERSHIP COURSE

C4EM’s Good to Great Leadership Course equips leaders and future leaders with practical tools to lead people, manage conversations and build strong workplace cultures.
Currently delivered twice a year through facilitator Michael Worth, it combines expert workshops and personalised coaching with skills participants can apply immediately.
The all-inclusive 10-day program runs over five months.

FAIRLEY LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

The Fairley Leadership Program - operated by Goulburn Murray Community Leadership - provides an opportunity for people to develop leadership skills, explore the major issues facing the region and assist positive change. Each year, the Fairly Leadership Program is offered to up to 25 inspiring regional leaders. This program involves learning about the challenges faced in our region, becoming part of a network of leaders, having access to continuing educational and networking opportunities to help advance community leadership goals, opportunity to gain new skills, grow confidence and build self-resilience.

BUSINESS NSW

Business NSW's Alliance Program has been developed to strengthen the relationship between Business NSW and the Local Chambers of Commerce within NSW.
This program represents a significant opportunity to unite the Chamber movement and provide members of Local Chambers access to benefits from Business NSW at no additional cost.
Business NSW members form part of a strong alliance network of more than 200 Chambers of Commerce across NSW.

RDA MURRAY

Regional Development Australia (RDA) is a national network of communities made up of local leaders who work with all levels of government, business and community groups to support the economic development of their regions.
RDA Committees have an active and facilitative role in their communities with a clear focus on growing strong and confident regional economies that harness their competitive advantages, seize economic opportunities and attract investment.
Collaborating with other RDA Committees, all levels of government, and the private sector, RDA committees will:
Facilitate regional economic development outcomes, investment, local procurement and jobs.
Promote greater regional awareness of and engagement with Australian Government policies, grant programs and research.
Improve Commonwealth regional policy making by providing intelligence and evidence based advice to the Australian Government on regional developmental issues.

The Loddon Mallee RDA committee comprises members with expertise across our region’s industries and a deep understanding of how our communities function. The high calibre team has global, national and local experience in horticulture, agriculture research, mineral sands and rare earth mining, renewable energy, defence and machinery manufacturing, housing policy and planning.

Regional Development Victoria (RDV) is the Victorian Government’s lead agency responsible for rural and regional economic development.
