Emily brings to her roles a love of strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, effective policy and procedures and collaborative workforce planning.
Growing up on a sheep and wheat property on South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula, Emily began her career in Advertising, working across a range of marketing, design and media fields in Adelaide, London, Edinburgh, Melbourne before embracing a tree change and moving to beautiful Echuca Moama in 2021. Prior to joining CLK, Emily held the position of GM People & Culture at Murray Irrigation in Deniliquin.
Emily enjoys making the most of the stunning Murray and the outdoors and is an avid Paddle Boarder, camper, hiker and runner and embraces the occasional winter river cold plunge. Making the most of the events the Echuca Moama community has to offer, Emily is also a committee member and volunteer for the Winter Blues Festival and regular volunteer at the Echuca Moama Multisport weekend and Riverboats Festival.
