Naomi Murray

Board Member

Driven by a passion for people and place, Naomi is energised by creating meaningful experiences, strengthening local engagement, and contributing to the vibrancy of the Echuca Moama region.


Originally from Melbourne, Naomi made a purposeful tree change to Echuca, drawn by the region’s strong sense of community and natural beauty. She has completed a Diploma in Business Management and Leadership providing a solid foundation for her work across leadership, hospitality, and tourism. This diverse background has equipped her with the insight and adaptability to excel in dynamic, people-focused environments.


Naomi’s career spans hospitality, tourism, events, and operations management, with experience across both small business and large venues. She has held roles including General Manager, Operations Manager and Business Develop Management each strengthening her skills in strategic planning, staff development, customer service, and stakeholder communication. Known for her calm leadership style and solution-focused approach, Naomi brings strong organisational capability and a commitment to continuous improvement to every role.


Outside of work, Naomi enjoys working on the farm, camping, travel, spending time with friends and family time and actively contributes to her community. She has been involved in volunteering roles, committees, sporting clubs, and community organisations, reflecting her dedication to supporting local initiatives and fostering a connected, thriving region.
