The Peter Marks Scholarship honours the memory of Peter Marks, a long-time board member and recognised community leader. C4EM is committed to supporting and growing our future leaders by providing the financial assistance to cover the enrolment costs, $6,600, for completing the Fairley Leadership Program beginning in March each year. C4EM provides the opportunity for the scholarship recipient to be involved as a guest to four of the C4EM board meetings throughout the year. We also provide mentoring and the recipient will be invited to support C4EM events and present updates to our board and members throughout the year.

This scholarship provides you an opportunity to:

  • Benefit from completing an 11-month Community Leadership Program

  • Develop critical leadership skills including: self-awareness, relationship building, goal setting, resilience, networking, teamwork, role modelling, communication and encouraging others
